By accessing or using StreamBank, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Contributor Responsibilities

• All content uploaded through the Stream Portal is tracked and tied to the user’s unique Contributor Key

• Contributors assume full responsibility for ensuring that their submissions comply with privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and all applicable legal regulations

• Contributors are solely responsible for securing permissions and consents for any identifiable individuals appearing in uploaded content

• Failure to comply with ethical standards may result in account termination and legal liability

3. Acceptable Content and Ethical Guidelines

• Only first-person POV videos recorded from a head or chest-mounted perspective are allowed

• Content must not contain illegal, unethical, violent, or exploitative material

• Uploaded content must not have been previously published on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any other publicly available hosting service

• Contributors must not submit any confidential, proprietary, or legally protected material

4. Payment and Compensation

• Contributors are classified as 1099 independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance

• Earnings are based on data licensing demand and are not guaranteed

• Payments are made monthly based on the volume and quality of approved video submissions

5. StreamBank’s Limited Liability

• StreamBank provides a platform for video content but does not assume liability for the legality, accuracy, or ethical compliance of uploaded content

• StreamBank shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, legal disputes, or regulatory actions resulting from contributor violations

• All contributors acknowledge that they assume all legal risks associated with content submission

6. Account Termination and Enforcement

• StreamBank reserves the right to terminate any account for violations of these Terms of Use

• Any uploaded content deemed illegal, harmful, or in violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal consequences

• StreamBank reserves the right to report violations to the appropriate legal authorities

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of [Maricopa County]

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration
